Terms of use

The service

MyKoda is an app by the doggy team at MyKoda for organising your study (public exams, university, vocational training, secondary school and courses): study plan, sessions, syllabus and documents, tests and explanations with artificial intelligence, and Koda to keep you company.

Your account

• To register you need a valid account code. The account is personal: don't share it.
• You're responsible for making sure your details are accurate and for keeping your password safe.
• We may suspend an account if it's used abusively or against these terms.
• You can delete your account whenever you like from Settings: it's deleted with everything in it.

Access and codes

You get into MyKoda with an account code. Each code gives access for the time stated when you receive it; when it runs out, you can carry on with another code without losing anything you had. We'll email you a few days before it ends.

Your documents

You should only upload documents you have the right to use. They're still yours; we only use them to provide you with the service.

Artificial intelligence

The tests and explanations are generated with artificial intelligence from your notes and public sources, and are checked automatically, but they may contain errors. Use them as support and check them against your syllabus and the official regulations: they're no substitute for an academy or a professional.

Friends

Treat others with respect: no insults, harassment or inappropriate content. You can block or report anyone who doesn't, and we can suspend their account.

Liability

We do our best to make sure the service always works without errors, but we can't guarantee it. We're not responsible for the outcome of your exams or your public exam.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll let you know in the app.

Applicable law

They are governed by Spanish law.
